This privacy policy sets out how Flexpansion Ltd uses and protects any information that you give us when you use our apps or this website.

Apps

We may receive anonymous crash and usage statistics from our users. You can opt out of sending these by unticking the box on installation or at: Menu > More > Settings > Other > Send usage statistics. We will only use these statistics to fix bugs and improve our products.

We do not collect or store any data entered in password fields.

Your personal vocabulary and language patterns are stored on your device to enable better prediction. We may offer the option to back up your personalised vocabulary and word patterns to your own Google Play account, to allow you to share it with your other personal devices, but this information will never be sent anywhere else and this backup option will only ever be used with your explicit permission.

Our Gmail learning option allows our app to learn from your Sent emails, but we never have access to your login details or password.

A system message on installation states this app could collect personal data. Rest assured that we do not and will not. We are a responsible company, with academic and government support, which you can verify by searching for "Flexpansion Edinburgh University".
